Walk and fly

First-person walk on the filmed path at real eye height, then switch to fly when you want to look around like a splat viewer. That is the bar above an orbit-only demo.

In-house GPU

COLMAP + densified gsplat on a rented 5090. We do not send your footage to FreeGaussian, Luma, or Polycam.
